St. George's Hallowe'en Walk on Oct 31
St. George's Hallowe'en Walk on October 31. We are hosting an outdoor Hallowe'en walk on Saturday the 31st from 4:30 - 7 pm. If you'd like to help decorate, we'll be starting at 2 pm creating some family groupings of inanimate objects, like brooms and shovels. We'll be accepting decoration donations, pumpkins, squash and will have a cash donation basket to support the Shelbourne Community Kitchen. You can drop items for donation off outside the church office.
Come on by. Bring your grandchildren for a short scavenger hunt and treat. Walk through yourself, or help with supervision and clear up. Please contact Joy with any questions. 250 889 7000

Goodies from Revera
Revera, the retirement living company, dropped off some goodies boxes to celebrate International Day of Older Persons! Inside: chocolate (yum!), cookies (yum yum), Murchies tea (more yum), and a couple stationary items. Full disclosure, there is some advertising information about their facilities included. If you'd like one, contact the office to pick up on Tuesday or Friday of next week.
