The Lower Hall is a versatile space perfect for large meetings or meals, and small receptions or presentations. It can seat 60-80 people for a meal, but close to 100 in audience-style seating or standing-only events.

The Lower Hall has a fully-stocked commercial kitchen attached, including two stoves/ovens, a commercial dishwasher, two freezers, two coffee-makers and kettles, commercial refrigeration, and a pass-through into the room. This kitchen is suited to caterers and folks familiar with commercial-style kitchen equipment.

Dimensions: Kitchen - 12' by 24' or 3.7m by 7.4m; Hall Area - 45' by 40' or 13.7m by 12.2m.
