Speaker: Paul Seguna, Lieutenant Commander RCN (Ret’d) 

Paul served continuously in the Canadian Forces from 1974 until his retirement in 2017.  In the 1990’s he was deployed overseas with UN and NATO missions.  From 2013 to 2017 he served with NATO’s  Allied Maritime Command Headquarters in the UK.  Paul will talk about the history and uniqueness of NATO and the geopolitical changes in Europe in the last 10 years.
