A Place of Belonging for Everyone

"A gathering place for all"

Thousands visit the Sorrento Centre each year to engage their heart, mind, and spirit; to be inspired, meet old friends and make new ones.  They come to rest and relax in a place of great beauty.  Fabric arts, music, spirituality, outdoor adventure - these are just a sample of how our programs are diverse.   We are multi-generational - and provide a safe place for families, adults, and youth to gather in a place where everyone feels that they belong.   Come visit us and find your special place.

One thing you might not know about Sorrento during these changing times: since the last week of March, the Sorrento Centre has prepared more than 6,000 quality nutritious meals for those in need—working with its partners, in particular BC Housing, to distribute them throughout the Shuswap area of B.C., including the city of Salmon Arm. The centre currently prepares an average of 140 meals per day, a number that is constantly growing.
