Orange Shirt Day (September 30th) is a day when we honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada and to learn more about the history of those schools.
In the past, St. George's has ordered shirts in bulk to sell to parishioners. This year we will not do this due to restrictions re: handling of items and gathering that would occur with shirt pick-up etc. We encourage to purchase your own.
Order soon so that they arrive in time for September!
