Did you know that 1 Up supports parents that are fiercely determined to raise happy, healthy children?
They offer effective ways to adjust to the rapidly changing needs of one parent families... they offer programs and services needed to succeed.

Dads with Dads is a weekly drop in group bringing fathers together for friendship, education and support.
Moms and Mentors Series matches isolated single mothers with experienced mothers for a year of mentorship, friendship and support.
Volunteers are a huge part of the program of services and support. They could not support the 1800 plus member families without them.

They are always accepting donations of clothing as well as new items such as grocery cards, toiletries, non perishable foods and toys.
